Technical Author - Framemaker

Are you an experienced and creative Technical Author- FrameMaker who is excited by technology and innovation and looking for a job in a World leading technology company? Technical Author- FrameMaker required to join an internationally successful leader in the development and manufacture of high-tech vacuum solutions. The Technical Author- FrameMaker will join their growing team and be part of their continuing success be based at their site in Somerset but commutable from Bristol, Avon, Clevedon, South Wales, Gloucestershire and Taunton. The Technical Author- FrameMaker will produce and maintain support documentation for technical products. The support documentation includes, but is not limited to, upgrade and modification instructions, and service maintenance documentation, and is for the use of company personnel worldwide. A successful candidate for the Technical Author- FrameMaker job will have the following: Ability to efficiently and confidently navigate FrameMaker and MXL Proven experience in technical writing - Customer Manuals Knowledge and background within an engineering environment. Qualified to degree or HNC/HND in mechanical or electromechanical engineering; appropriate time served apprenticeships or forces experience will be considered. Strong ICT skills.
