Overview
A new exciting opportunity has arisen for full time Registered Mental Health Nurse (Fixed Term) to join my client’s independent hospital within their group The client provides rehabilitation for people living with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia in a small hospital. The staff use their specialist knowledge and expertise to provide quality care to service users. The role is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for residents. And to support the hospital manager in the management and development of the hospital in the promotion of a person-centred service. Also, to participate in the setting, monitoring and evaluation of standards of care and clinical audit and contribute to the clinical governance processes, conforming with CQC standards The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active PIN, have e xperience of planning, monitoring, auditing and evaluating of work to meet objectives.
