Deputy Manager - Senior Registered Nurse 40 hours per week - working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. From £19ph (£40kpa) Home located in Kidderminster Excellent career development with option to move into Home Manager, well-supported environment Looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) to help manage and develop the team of nurses and carers in a Mid-Sized Nursing Home. This care home has a “Good” CQC all-round and focuses on delivering a high quality of care to all residents. The Person You will provide proactive support to the Home Manager across all aspects of Home Management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors. Deputy Managers Responsibilities are like that of a standard Deputy Manager in a Nursing Home,full list of responsibilities available upon application. Deputy Home Manager Experience Required : Must have NMC Pin You have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards Experience in a similar role as a Deputy Manager Demonstrable experience of leading teams of Nurses, Carers in a Care home or similar environment.
