Software Developer / Engineer (Java 11 API Spring REST TDD). Are you a keen technologist seeking a new challenge? As a Software Developer role, you'll play a critical role, joining an Agile Scrum team who are responsible for building robust APIs that can handle thousands of requests a second in a reliable, performant way. There is a strong pipeline of Greenfield projects for you to work on; from modernising and re-architecting parts of the software stack towards containerised microservices. In this Software Developer role you'll work with a diverse, modern tech stack including; Java 11/12, SpringBoot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, React and Google Cloud Platform, so there will be plenty of opportunities to expand your technical skill base. Requirements: You have strong Java development experience, Java 8 onwards You have experience with modern enterprise frameworks e.g. Spring / SpringBoot You good working knowledge of REST and RESTful API design You have experience within a microservices / DevOps environment (Docker, Kubernetes) You have TDD / BDD experience You're a positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively As a Software Developer you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £75k) plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and a range of perks including your own top of the range kit to work on and more.
