Overview
A Temporary Finance Assistant & Administrator is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for our medical client based in Bournemouth. The position is offered on a Temporary to Permanent basis and is for 25 hours per week. Reporting to the Business Manager, duties would include: banking, recording income and expenditure, payment of invoices, diary management, ordering supplies and equipment as requested, maintaining rotas and health and safety lead for non-clinical matters. Previous accounts and administration experience would be required for this role, experience of accounting software, Excel and good communication skills. A good working environment, on site parking.
