Overview
I am working with one of the UK's leading training providers, who are recruiting for a Pharmacy Learning Coach Role: Pharmacy Learning Coach Salary: £25,000 £3750 car allowance (Please note this salary is based on the full time equivalent) Contract type: Permanent, Part time. 2-4 days a week, depending on availability. Location: Remotely based in North West, Greater Manchester region In a nutshell, you would be supporting the delivery of the Pharmaceutical Apprenticeships. You will be responsible for developing their capabilities, and coaching them along their new careers and apprenticeship journey. The Learning Coach role is to support and assess learners who are employed in a Pharmacy setting whether this is in Hospital, Community or Industry. As such it is essential that you have worked in a Pharmacy setting and are registered to practice as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). This would be a regional role, so you would be remotely based, and delivery would take place within the learners place of work and it is mandatory that you have a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and of course - the willingness to travel You will need to have experience of training within your current role, or alternatively, have worked in a senior or team leading position. Sound experience within Pharmaceuticals is required, along with knowledge of this type of apprenticeship or qualification. Strong organisational skills and excellent time management skills are also essential.
