Overview
My client a global leader in Fund and Corporate services are looking to expand the current depositary team with an administrator. Ideally you will have sound knowledge of working with a number of depositary clients within the private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds. Excellent oversight experience is required for the role including but not limited to: Take full responsibility for the monitoring of clients, safekeeping duties, client documents and legislation, build superb client relationships, conduct and attend meetings, assisting in completion of ISAE 3402, review aged debt, AML/KYC. Requirements: 2 years experience working either in a Depositary or Fund Administration environment, preferably with Private Equity/Real Estate/Infrastructure/Debt funds. Working knowledge of AIFMD requirements for Depositaries. Educated to degree level . Ability to work autonomously. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
