Rhydderch House is situated in the heart of Crewkerne, the people we support require to live as much as a independent life as possible. This involves supporting with all daily tasks, activities, choices and providing support with health needs. The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities which include accessing the local and wider community, church, swimming, walks, shopping and in house activities such as baking, gardening, arts and crafts, to provide a flexible and responsive personalised service . Experience isn't required to join our team, as we provide full training but sharing our values is vital: Ambition, Courage, Intergrity, Partnership and Respect. Why join us? Full-time or part-time contracts available 9.00 per hour, £9.90 per hour (nights), £30.50 per sleep in. 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Travel allowance for some services – discussed at interview if applicable.
