Our Shared Services Centre based in Winchester is seeking a pro-active Learning and Training Manager to join our growing team. We now have an exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic individual, to join us as we continue deliver service excellence. What you will do A key aspect of this role will be managing the planning and implementation of the learning and development programme, so you will need to have the ability to coordinate a large programme of training, ensuring quality assurance measures are met. You’ll be responsible for the employee learning and development life cycle, from Induction through to professional training. Reporting to the Training and Culture Lead, you’ll develop and deliver training and manage the service professional training programmes. Working with key stakeholders across the organisation you will ultimately drive our learning strategy towards becoming an Approved Centre. What we’re looking for You will have vast experience of delivering high quality training, facilitation and development of digital learning solutions for a variety of audiences. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will design creative learning strategies, showcasing your ability to lead others through change. Known for your experience and ability to deliver insight-based presentations to senior leaders confidently, demonstrating your effective communication and influencing skills.
