Temporary Virtual Personal Assistant Are you the "go-to" person of a Team; the reliability factor who always gets the job done? We are seeking a pro-active, adaptable Virtual PA who thrives under-pressure We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client, a boutique Private Equity firm based in Victoria, as a Temporary Virtual Personal Assistant. The role will be covering the remaining 5 months of a maternity contract. Within this virtual role, you will work alongside one other PA supporting two Partners who have extremely busy Portfolios. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who can work effectively remotely and manage responsibilities with a different approach, due to the current circumstances we find ourselves in. Comradery between yourself and the other PA will be key and rather than the stereotypical PA tasks of arranging international travel and logistics, you will manage diaries for Skype and Zoom meetings and take charge of research projects related to specific Portfolios.
