Overview
We are looking for caring individuals to support people with Learning / Physical Disabilities and challenging behaviour in our residential care home. We are based in New Mills and offer full and part time shift work between 8am - 22.00 . You can Commute from Whaley Bridge, Buxton, Manchester, Furness Vale and Chapel en le Frith or Stockport and Woodley. The Role: · You will be responsible to support our service users and offer a service tailored to their individual needs and assessments. You will focus on the engagement and inclusion of the residents. · You will have the ability to work under pressure · You will have a natural care for people and want to make a difference in their life · As you are working with service users with challenging behaviour, previous care experience preferred. .
