About Your New Role You will demonstrate a strong track record in sleek design delivery. You will contribute to the effective and elevation of the brand across global regions through the design development of the brand, with a strong focus on digital. You will work on a wide range of projects from animations, web projects, email, social, display ads and much more You will be part of an ambitious and driven inhouse digital marketing team working from idea creation through to design across global markets via digital channels. Responsibilities Utilizing brand photography, user generated content and illustrated assets to create exciting online web content for homepages, landing pages, social content, product content and emails. Using content library to bring together quick video collateral to support sales events, product launches and events. Strong understanding of social media and digital comms best practice. Collaborating with Videographer to extend and build on the existing ad library tailoring the content to region and customer demographic. Collaborating with product designer and other designer on the development and design of print such as packaging etc. Help shape the visual tone of the brand overall and for individual campaigns. Creating and/or selecting still graphics for Digital Marketing team, PR teams and Retail teams. Managing post-production of motion graphic edits, including review cycles, revisions, and refinements to create final product for delivery; ensuring consistent brand voice is represented in all content. Developing and extending the businesses branding. Qualifications and Skills 2 years of professional graphic design and motion graphics experience. Education in motion design, animation, graphic design, or instructional design preferred. Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro. Digital first approach, and a track record working in this space. Experience and an eye for layouts, with an interest in customer journey and user experience online.
