Interim Reward Manager 3 Months FTC 60,000 - 65,000 DOE Iconic Resourcing are proud to partner this highly successful, global business to appoint an interim Reward Manager. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, this role is an integral part of the team, and will act as a true Reward Business Partner and provide project management. As part of a Global Reward team, you will contribute to the delivery of global reward programmes across the world. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills to successfully interact with a hugely diverse stakeholder group across a complex and dynamic operating structure. This role assumes responsibility for annual compensation planning, development of salary structures, company specific benefits, reward related regulatory requirements, incentive plans analysis and audit, continuous improvement and process efficiencies and in-depth analysis of reward related data. We are keen to have initial discussions with experienced Reward Managers with the experience and ability to effectively liaise with stakeholder groups in multiple locations with demonstrated customer focus. You will have the ability to effectively analyse and synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights.
