Overview

Aberdeen - Junior Estimator - Construction / Electrical We have an opportunity for a Junior Estimator with a construction background to join our well established, UK-wide facilities, solution provider. You will need relevant commercial experience so do please highlight this in your application. Currently, the company holds nationwide contracts for supermarket chains and receive a lot of local authority work due to being appointed by her Majesty the Queen. These include schools, universities, hospitals, health centres, offices and industrial units. As the Junior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include assisting with contracting partners to agree on maximum prices and agreeing on final accounts to ensure successful delivery of planned works programmes. Duties & Requirements: Support Snr QS and commercial team Valuing variations and projects Provide assistance in in project management/contractual obligations Deal with monthly applications, invoices, and payments.
