Overview
Rutherford Briant are currently recruiting for an International Operations Analyst position in Basildon; within an exciting, fast-growing business. Within this role, you will be reporting directly into the Head of International and will support the International team in ensuring the continuity of supply of products globally. The successful candidate will manage the reporting, budgeting and forecasting of market demand and wlil work closely with the Finance and Supply Chain teams to support and ensure the appropriate stock accounting, valuation and management. Responsibilities: Acts as a key interface between the International department and Supply Chain, coordinating communication and planning in order to ensure that products are timely and appropriately ordered, manufactured and delivered in line with patients and market demand. Monitoring and reporting of in-market stock demand, manufacturing and supply plans. Coordinate stock forecasting, budgeting, stock and supply price reconciliations. Main point of contact for all distributors with regards to timely collection and consolidation of stock and sales data from distributors and partners. Support the management and coordination of cross functional initiatives initiated by the International team or other internal departments. Requirements: Knowledge of stock management, distribution, logistics. Commercial and business mindset, ideally from working in pharmaceuticals or FMCG sectors Reporting of stock Inventory, budgeting and forecasting; performance reporting, variance analysis and commentary Great communication skills and ability to work cross functionally and with people located in different locations and time zones globally Can do attitude and ability to adapt to changing environment Inquisitiveness, Analytical skills, Critical thinking skills, Organisational skills.
