Building a pipeline of commercial clients is tough, yet so rewarding. As a Commercial Account Executive, the challenge is part of the attraction, but what else attracts you? A Cardiff based insurance Broker, who pride themselves on their service to clients, are on the lookout for a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team. The Broker An independent broker with offices across South Wales that have high levels of client and employee retention. Why's that? Well, their clients are given a personable service that holds their needs in the highest esteem, why would they look elsewhere? And the staff? Thankfully this broker is a fan of progressing staff internally, this along with a genuinely positive working environment leads to happy faces. The role Initially, you will be developing a commercial book of clients with the autonomy to target clients you see fit. Something not all Account Executives have is the freedom to manage their own diary, which can be frustrating. Whilst this role will require leads being developed from scratch, you will receive additional leads from various partners and internal connections. This isn't all about new business however, once you have brought new clients into the business you will then service their needs and look to effectively maximise revenue through more organic means.
