Overview
IFA Administrator £25-30k Financial Divisions are delighted to be supporting a very successful IFA firm in Epsom who are looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team. They are a long established and reputable firm and they offer their clients full holistic advice and lifetime cashflow planning. The IFA Administrator would join a team who support 2 paraplanners and 4 advisers, and support them with the following responsibilities: Arranging client meetings for Advisers Assisting with meeting/note packs Onboarding of new clients Submit applications and supporting documents to products providers Producing letters of validation Producing illustrations To be considered for this position, you will have worked within an IFA firm or within Financial Services before, with an excellent knowledge of all products and have carried out a very similar role.
