Mortgage Advisor – £22,000-£35,000 basic with realistic OTE of £60,000 (Bromsgrove/Longbridge area) My client is a Premier provider of Financial Advice in the Midlands area where they are proud to offer an outstanding first class service to their clients. They are a leading firm within Financial Services who are an elite approved Chartered Financial planner. I am looking for an experienced Top-performing Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their growing team. The role is a full-time employed Mortgage and Protection advisor role where you will be based from within a busy office working across the Bromsgrove/Longbridge area. Quality Leads are provided with a high proven conversion ratio but in addition you are expected to be able to build good long lasting relationships with your clients to gain further business and referrals. As a whole of market Mortgage & Protection specialist you will offer advice from the whole of market and Protection from a panel. In return my client will offer a fantastic basic salary between £22,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and previous performance evidence in addition to an uncapped commission, or a self-employed package if preferred and flexible working hours. You will have a full administration support team which will allow you to concentrate on appointments rather than chasing paperwork. You must be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent and have experience offering face to face mortgage advice ideally whole of market advice as we need you to be able to come in and hit the ground running. You need to be a good communicator and able to build good long lasting relationships with your clients.
