Business Analysis – Insurance Industry We are partnered with a modern forward-thinking technology led business who are expanding their Business Analysis team. Our client builds technology solutions for the financial services industry and use the Agile software development methodology. Your responsibilities are as follows: · Working with the software development team building Agile software solutions · Understanding business problems and analysing and solving them. · Gathering functional and technical requirements from different stakeholders · Help design initial feasibility reports and business cases · Documenting as-is business processes and systems and designing to-be processes/systems · Form great working relationships with your colleagues and project/delivery management team You will need to have the following to be considered for this role: · Good communication and written skills – excellent documentation skills · Excellent analytical and critical thinking ability · Passion for analysis · Self-starter · Attention to detail · Experience of working in the Insurance industry not necessarily as a Business Analyst Desirable skills/background: · Knowledge of Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Visio · Existing Business Analysis career history This is a fantastic opportunity that offers a learning program that will enable you to obtain the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis. You can either be an experienced Business Analyst already working in the Insurance industry or have a passion for analysis but no prior experience as a BA.
