Overview
Manager opportunity within Restructuring & Advisory offering career progression towards Director / IP within a leading UK Corporate Advisory Practice. THE COMPANY A leading UK Corporate Advisory Practice with a presence in all major UK Cities and an excellent reputation as an Advisor to Mid-Market Corporate businesses. The firm is renowned for providing a full range of Advisory services including Formal Insolvency & Recovery, Restructuring & Debt Advisory and M&A / Corporate Finance solutions to SME and Corporate clients. THE OPPORTUNITY As a Manager within Restructuring & Advisory you will be responsible for managing a range of cases and projects, overseeing junior staff and supporting Directors in closure of cases and completion of transactions. Responsibilities will include: Managing a range of Restructuring / Turnaround and Formal Insolvency appointments involving SME and Mid-Market businesses. Providing Pre-Insolvency advice to the firm's clients, handling Independent Business Reviews and managing Solvent Reconstruction / MLV projects. Managing Trading Administrations and Liquidations from initial instruction through to closure, overseeing Administrators responsible for all aspects of statutory reports and post-appointment duties. Supporting Directors with negotiation of Accelerated M&A / Sale transactions. Building and developing relationships with ABL's, Intermediaries and Banks. THE PERSON You will be a Corporate Restructuring & Advisory professional able to demonstrate the following: CPI Qualified, possibly ACA / ACCA / JIEB Qualified Background within Mid Tier Accountancy Firm or Insolvency Practice (min.5 - 7 yrs) Experienced in managing a small team and handling a range of Advisory projects and Formal Insolvency cases A desire to continue developing your experience and progress to Director / IP within a National Corporate Advisory Practice.
