Overview
Bell & Co are assisting a leading insurance broker to recruit for the position of Commercial Claims Handler within their expanding claims team. A minimum of 3 years commercial claims experience is a must, with an ambition to progress and succeed within the role. Claims to be worked on with maximum authority are - Property, EL & PL, and D&O with a minimal amount of commercial vehicle/fleet exposure. Claims will be managed from notification through to conclusion. You will be a focal point & technical lead for other members of the team and a mentor to more junior members of the team. Client visits with the Claims Director will occasionally be required so an emphasis on presentation & professionalism is required. Broker, insurer and loss adjuster backgrounds will all be considered. Insurance qualifications of CERT CII (minimum) would be well received.
