Big Data Software Engineer - £40k - £65k DOE Global Technology Consulting Telford We have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a Big Data Software Engineer to assist in the development of data and analytics software solutions. Skills / Environment Cloudera - Hadoop ecosystem HiveQL HTML SSL HDFS Hbase Hive Impala Splunk Spark Flame Kafka Pentaho DI / Pentaho BA Role Overview You will be working as part of an Agile software delivery team, in a full range of software engineering and solutions development, which will include requirements gathering and analysis, solutions design, software coding and development, testing and implementation.
