Digital Marketing Assistant Who we are Our mission is to redesign the fashion industry. We're a young brand, we love what we do and as a fast-growth company there's always something new happening. We grow fast and people quickly progress, so we pick our team carefully. We're focused, take what we do seriously and consider ourselves the special forces of sustainable fashion. What we do As a company, we develop and deploy our own technologies into the online and manufacturing environment to make sustainability accessible and cool. Not many people know that tens of thousands of companies all over the world use our manufacturing tech to power their online stores, and we have one of the most advanced fashion factories in the world right here on the Isle of Wight. What we can do for you We work hard, but we like having fun too. On team days, going surfing is pretty much a whole-squad operation. We're welcoming, friendly and we don't care if you've not got much experience. We believe that young people are the future and we'll challenge you to be your best, to step up and we'll build your confidence by trusting you to take on big projects - sometimes they're things that have never been done before. Everyone joining our team can expect to be valued, encouraged and celebrated. For the best, there are opportunities to progress - nearly all of our management team are former apprentices or graduate trainees and our training is designed to create future leaders. Teemill gave me the opportunity to work in a high paced, forward-thinking, creative environment. My responsibility is the visual identity of the brand. It's a fun and creative environment where I get the opportunity to work with loads of brands every day on new photography and video projects. One of my favourite parts of the role is taking photos of the people who work here at Teemill and seeing their passion for creating a great product. Being part of the Marketing team here is super exciting, I produce content which is seen by millions of people every single day. Being part of a company with sustainable values is important to me. They're transparent and honest, exactly what we consumers need more of from retailers. Thanks for leading the way What your day looks like A typical day at Rapanui starts with a team scrum. High-energy, fast-paced and everyone has their say. We come away from it energised and with a clear focus for the day. At lunch, we catch up with our friends from other departments. It's an opportunity to talk about different projects happening within the company and share what we're learning. Everyone in our team is driven by gaining knowledge and skills to progress in their careers, and sometimes it's as simple as having a chat over a sandwich. Our afternoon is about focusing and completing our goals for the day. We go home knowing that our work that day has taken us one step further in achieving our mission of redesigning the fashion industry. What you'll be doing We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to work in our fast growing Marketing and Communications team. Our team reaches millions of new customers every day through our fashion brand Rapanui and tech platform Teemill. Part of the day-to-day includes building campaigns for some of the biggest brands and charities in the world using our Teemill tech. The most recent campaigns we've launched have been for BBC Earth, National Geographic and WWF. We are looking for an ambitious individual with a can-do attitude and a good attention to detail. The successful applicant will have good written English skills and the analytical aspect of marketing means the individual will be confident with maths. Experience in digital marketing or advertising is prefered. Everyone in our company is passionate about making our ambition a success.
