The successful Head of Systems Engineering will lead their team of hard-working, dedicated engineers through exciting flight operations. You will be involved in the design, build and testing of various aerospace products. What will you be doing? Defining and executing sub-system qualification and improvement to improve reliability and performance of systems. Qualifying and planning AIT. Supporting teams with testing, acceptance and flight trials of deliverable systems. What do we need from you? HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering, Physics or a relevant discipline. Security Cleared (or eligibility). Experience of spacecraft development and AIT through to flight. Mentoring experience of junior engineers.
