I am looking for a Lead Software Engineer, focused on Node and React, based in Edinburgh keen on taking on a role working with a global company in Fin-Tech. The successful candidate's role will include: Coaching and mentoring less experienced developers, sharing knowledge through constructive code reviews and pair programming. Adapting development approaches as projects evolve for continuous improvement.
