Environment Health, Safety & Sustainability Analyst (EHS&S) 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) Salary: up to £28,000 (DOE) (Pro rata) Bonus & Company Benefits Why Spirax Sarco? Working for the Group EHS&S Executive to provide in depth analysis and insight into the EHS&S performance of Group, Businesses, Divisions, and individual companies globally, adding value through specific analysis for the EHS&S data. Identify opportunities and weaknesses to continuously improve key metrics and existing reporting capabilities and systems. Duties & Responsbilities: Provide proactive support for all aspects of the Group EHS&S function, including analysis of EHS&S data, identification and implementation of improvements, across the full spectrum of the Group businesses. Collect and analyse data to feed into reports for the Board of Directors, Executives and Senior Managers, with the aim of driving continuous improvement against Group EHS&S targets. Develop, maintain, improve and manage internal and external systems. Analyse data to support key organisational strategies, identify continuous improvements and drive KPIs performance. Document, maintain and improve departmental processes and create and deliver training to the end users. Engage with the group EHS Leaders, and Senior Managers to identify trends and improvement opportunities against group targets and contribution guidelines. Own key EHS&S improvement projects that align to the group strategy to drive continuous improvement with the data collection process. Utilise reporting software to identify and analyse data to support key organizational strategies. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role Experience of working closely with senior management Extraction, consolidation and manipulation of complex sets of data from diverse sources. Capable of data analysis, interpretation and effective presentation and communication Highly computer literate Experience of Microsoft Excel, Power BI and analytical tools To be successful in this role you will have Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to analyse and validate data. Continuous improvement skills and project management skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail, and be dependable and motivated.
