Overview
Concorde is looking for an experience Service Desk Analyst to a top firm in Cornwall. The successful candidate will get the amazing opportunity to work from home and will have to provide support to 300 users on MS Windows, Office and Active Directory. You must have 3 years’ experience on a similar role, good knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Office 2010/ 365. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience in a Finance/ Accounting is desirable but not essential. You duties will include: Managing large amounts of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner Identifying and investigating technical issues, meeting clients’ needs and providing solutions First point of contact for all users including PA’s and Secretaries Responding to request via telephone or email You must have excellent customer’s service for this role, handle customer relationships and overall deliver a high level of service.
