Overview
Our Client are a small to medium but very successful Firm of Chartered Accountants based in Birmingham who are looking to recruit an experienced Part Time (21 hours per week) Bookkeeper to join a team of other Bookkeepers with a salary of £25000 to £30000 (Pro-rata depending on experience). Your experience as a Bookkeeper critically must have been gained recently, or working currently as a Bookkeeper for a Firm of Chartered Accountants. This experience will therefore have given you relevant exposure of book keeping for a portfolio of Clients which would include working from incomplete records through to a 'good' trial balance. So working with bank reconciliations,purchase/sales ledgers etc will be second nature You will aso be comfortable using accounting software, so ideally you would have used Xero or some similar accounting package Free Parking is available along with flexible hours.
