Overview
Alfa Staff – Production Operatives UPVC Experience Preferred Alfa Staff are looking for Production Operatives for a Client in Pontypool. The Production Operatives will be expected to perform various duties from using cutting machinery, the safe use of Hand tools and General assembly. UPVC experience an advantage and also window fitting would be useful to this role. Hourly Rate: £8.21 per hour with performance related pay increases once Permanent. Hours: 7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm on Friday Personal attributes: - Must be comfortable with operating machinery Must be able to operate hand power tools. Must pay attention to detail Must not be phased by repetitive procedures. Good literacy and Numeracy skills Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace (Manual Handling awareness) Must be physically fit as will involve standing for long periods Be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to work alone Must be motivated and a good time keeper Company Benefits: - Excellent working environment (Team Friendly) Free parking on site Pension after successful probationary period (Once permanent) 28 days paid Holiday (Once Permanent)
