We have an exciting opportunity for an intelligent graduate to join a specialist global recruitment company. Our client has no direct competition in the market, meaning that there is massive opportunity to earn great commission £££ Our client is an international recruitment company who have 11 offices around the world. The headquarters are in central London, but there are opportunities to relocate around Europe, New York and Singapore. What will you be doing as a Recruitment Researcher? As a Recruitment Researcher, you will be working closely with an experienced Consultant. There is an immediate workload meaning you will be given responsibility straight away; which means there is an opportunity to make commission from day one Your main responsibilities as a researcher will include the following: Candidate identification (market mapping, headhunting and networking) Interviewing candidates in person, over the phone and via Skype Lead generation Building key relationships externally within European businesses Why should you apply?
