Overview

A dual territory sales role, account managing the relationship with builders and plumbers merchants, whilst equally tracking and winning projects with m&e contractors and installers. Package: circa £32k-£36k basic 15% OTE, pension, laptop, mobile, car and 25 days holiday Territory: South West - South Wales, Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Products: Flexible corrugated steel gas piping, fittings, tools and accessories Customers: Plumbing and building merchants, m&e contractors and installers THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT: You will either have sales experience from within the plumbing or heating industry. Or come from a general construction background, with experience of selling into merchants and contractors. Either way you will be target driven, self-motivated and looking to carve out a career and make a name for yourself. Full product and industry training will be provided, for applicants with the right attitude and motivation. THE ROLE - Area Account Manager: A field based territory sales role, selling my clients industry leading range of flexible corrugated stainless steel gas pipes and tubing Alongside a complimentary range of fittings, tools and accessories. Account managing the relationship, and increasing product awareness amongst building and plumbers merchants. With a mix of merchandising, positioning of point of sale material, training and supporting the branches within your area. Whilst equally identifying and winning contracts with contractors and installers. Typically tracking high-rise and multi-dwelling projects across the residential, leisure ad student accommodation sectors.
