Overview
Service care solutions are working with a drug and alcohol rehab based in Lancashire and they currently require a substance misuse nurse. This role is 37.5 hours per week. Days and nights are required. Please note this is a permanent vacancy. • Salary - £27,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience Daily requirements; •The perfect candidate will be expected to assess, plan and evaluate programmes of care for patients, taking into account the potential needs of individuals. •To provide nursing and psychological care for patients accessing substance misuse detoxification services, including issuing medication, harm reduction, BBV testing, screening and psychosocial support. •You will work closely with patients offering medical interventions and clinical therapies to support their journey from dependence to freedom.
