Page Personnel are looking to recruit a Temporary Sales Administrator to join a team in Ripponden on a temporary ongoing assignment. Client Details The client is a well-known business and are based in the Ripponden area. They are looking for someone to join the team on a temporary basis as a Temporary Sales Administrator. Description The Temporary Sales Administrator is responsible for - Improving account management and supporting the team Articulating services and solutions to clients within new and existing accounts. Remain knowledgeable on our products and services offered Build productive trust relationships with customers/clients, internal departments and suppliers To produce accurate configurations/quotes for customers from the system and be responsible for the accurate input of orders through to management and communication of delivery Following up invoices/PO's Process and progress orders Provide assistance to the field sales staff in the preparations of proposals and tenders. On occasion participate in customer events & training and contribute to the planning and execution of customer engagement activities. Profile The Temporary Sales Administrator will have/be - Background in marketing/Sales Support, Sales/Account Management or project coordination Highly motivated and dedicated to achieving high standards Has good understanding of sales process and assisting a team with their deadlines Excellent communication skills and project coordination skills Excellent organisation skills Ability to resolve problems and produce recommendations Ability to prioritise work Enthusiastic with pro-active and flexible approach to personal workloads IT literate with Microsoft Packages Job Offer The Temporary Sales Administrator will receive - Competitive Salary Temporary Assignment Immediate start date Ripponden Based assignment
