Overview
Are you looking for immediate work to put your Revit expertise to good use? Established Central London practice are looking for at least one new addition to their busy office. - Rates to £27 p/hour Ltd/Umbrella. - Stable contract position, 3 or 6 months can be agreed initially with a longer-term arrangement likely. - Interesting multi-million pound scheme to work on. - Excellent London location with multiple tube lines running into nearby stations. - Work/Life balance prioritised with their working hours. This mid sized company are well run and have an excellent track record as delivery specialists. Primarily on schemes £50m - £120m in value and within the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. Using both AutoCAD and Revit in-house, the current projects are utilising BIM and some additional talent is sought. You must have an excellent portfolio showing high quality detailing in Revit to be considered for this role. Ideally on UK based schemes, however, if overseas work but the standard is of the highest level then you will still be considered. You'll be able to use Revit without any additional training, I'm afraid for this hire you can only be considered with live working experience rather than course experience.
