This is a permanent positions with a salary circa £35-39,000 pa depending on experience. For this opportunity you will need at least 3 years PQE. This will be a job running position so experience across all RIBA stages is required. You'll need to have strong residential background, the company in question typically work within the high-end residential sector as well as listed buildings however this is to work on new build schemes in the Kent area. There will be an aspect of client facing so communication skills will need to be of a high standard. AutoCAD fluency is a must as is Revit fluency.
