Planner Job, £35000, Essex, Permanent Your new company You will be working for a private planning practice located in Essex who focus on providing a bespoke service assisting with planning related queries such as surveys, planning applications and appeals. With a brilliant history, friendly working environment and a brilliant base of clients, this practice is now looking to hire a new planner. Your new role As a planner you will be working directly with the planning and design team. You will hold a senior post and will assist clients with planning applications, appeals and other planning related enquires. You will also conduct site surveys and meetings for planning approval and appraisals. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you must have a Degree in a planning related subject or be a chartered Town planner within the UK. You must have a full UK driving licence and be able to travel to central Essex. It is vital that you have prior experience working within a local authority or a private practice within the UK and have a brilliant understanding of current planning legislation and policies.
