Electrician job in Brighton paying up to £18 per hour Your new company You will be working for Sussex leading education provider who due to a recruitment drive are currently recruiting for an electrician to join their maintenance team. Based just a few miles outside of Brighton with good transport links. Your new role You will be a carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a busy, live site on commercial buildings. Duties will include but are not limited to emergency light testing and changing bulbs and sockets. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8 - 4:30 with the potential for overtime. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will be a fully qualified electrician with either an NVQ or City and Guilds qualification plus 17th or 18th edition. A background in maintenance would be advantageous. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate on a long term contract with the opportunity for a permanent position based on performance.
