Vacancy: Senior Site Manager Location: Oxford Position: Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a few large projects around the Oxfordshire region. In the recent weeks they have secured several schemes from £7 Million to £18 Million. This contractor is looking for a No2 manager for a new £12Million school in Oxford, this scheme will be mainly new build with some demo of the existing building. This scheme will commence early part of April & requires a Site Manager in place ASAP. As a senior manager on site you will report into a Project Manager but responsible for several junior management and site labour force. This client is looking to interview ASAP Your new employer: This regional main contractor has several offices across the UK with a group turnover circa £120 Million, this contractor focuses on projects between £3 Million to £15 Million in a range of sectors below. This business delivers both new build & large scale refurbishments & majority of their work negotiated or frame work agreements.
