Overview

Debt Recovery Paralegal - Bournemouth Leading regional law firm with a strong presence on the South Coast is seeking to recruit an additional Paralegal to join their Debt Recovery Team. The firm has a longstanding reputation and deals with a range of clients including PLC's and household names providing the full range of legal services. A paralegal is required to join their fast paced team and be responsible for running a caseload of matters relating to commercial debt. Within the role you will be expected to work with a particular clients and establish excellent working relationships and deal directly with debtors and clients handling negotiations, adhering to compliance and working towards set targets. Ideally you will be of Graduate calibre with a law related degree or similar coupled with excellent administrative and negotiation skills and the ability to work within a fast paced environment running a full caseload and able to learn quickly and work with excellent attention to detail and within strict procedures.
