Overview

Our client, a nationwide organisation, based in Surbiton are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team. The customer service department is a crucial part of their business and they are looking for a passionate and experienced candidate to be able to come in and help develop and grow the department. This is an ideal role for someone with previous customer service experience looking to take a step from supervisor into a Management position. They are looking for a pro-active, confident person with excellent communication skills. If you have up-sold products and services in a previous role would be an advantage. Your main responsibilities would include - Overseeing the departments employees - providing training, mentoring and increasing performance. - Monitoring and reporting on the department's performance. - Overseeing the hiring process - from interview to induction training.
