Overview
ArtisHR are currently supporting an exciting business with the recruitment of a Senior Internal Recruiter to be based in Bristol, this is a permanent full time post paying £24-30,000 Reporting to the Recruitment Manager the Senior Internal Recruiter is responsible for the vetting, recruitment and compliance of volume recruitment roles within the company Key Accountabilities: Pre-screen applicants for compliance with position qualifications and the necessary experience Communicate relevant pre-hiring criteria Facilitates group interviews and evaluate candidates for qualifications Ensure that all candidate data is 100% accurate when transferring successful candidates from the ATS to the onboarding system. Facilitate candidate over to the hr onboarding department by ensuring that all appropriate documentation has been received Liaise with HR and Training & Development departments to pass over candidates once offered Prepare weekly reports Attend weekly meetings with HR team to discuss upcoming vacancies Ensure a pool of qualified candidates meets the required KPI and targets for your business units Send a monthly report to HR Business Partner with candidate pool update Plan to ensure the right mix of candidates, with relevant language requirements and appropriate timing for hiring Conduct recruitment trips and run assessment centres - 2 / 3 per year Conduct video upload assessments Respond to emails for your attention within a 48-hour time period Advertise specialist roles relevant to your business unit Additional Responsibilities Liaise with external agents to prepare overseas recruitment trips Be responsible for creating new job adverts for the recruitment team Ensure the vetting guidelines are being adhered to within the recruitment team Create and update recruitment activities, interview cards and presentations Work closely with the systems analyst to ensure data capture is up to date Help with the training of new recruiters Deputise in the Recruitment Managers absence Essential Attributes, Skills & Experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Team leadership and development skills Experience in a senior recruiter role or agency recruiter role Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Confident communicator Knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Word and Excel Experience in social media recruiting Experience at biographical and competency based interviews Desirable Attributes, Skills & Experience Experience working in a high volume recruitment role 1-2 years' experience in a previous senior recruitment role Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System
