To apply or to register your interest, please call Claire on and quote Job Ref:9905 This reputable residential property team are now seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their very busy department and to work closely alongside the team on a caseload of conditional collaboration and development agreements, contracts and transfers and investment projects. Applications are sought from individuals with a strong background in residential development transactions . You will be an ambitious and tenacious Conveyancer who thrives on developing client relationships and working within a fast-paced environment. You will have a sound track record of advising on freehold and leasehold matters, sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release and transfer of equity. This position would be suited to a confident professional with first class interpersonal and motivational skills and the passion to help drive the department forwards.
