Benefits Up to 32 days holiday Free On site parking Staff shop Access to a unique benefits app designed just for Randstad staff Weekly Pay Hours of work and salary Monday to Friday: 08:00AM - 16:00PM Hours of work are flexible and can be discussed at interview Hourly rate: £18.00 to £20.00 dependant on experience Responsibilities Ensure all product labels used by Heinz in Europe comply with EU legislation, government guidelines and Company policies Support Marketing in the provision, and legislation approval, of product information for all types of communication Provide information and advice on legislation for product formulation and labelling issues Approve ingredient specifications for legislation and nutrition and support other requests for information relating to labelling Maintain an awareness of new EU food legislation and government guidance Requirements Degree ideally in Food Science, Food Law or related subject Minimum 2 years in FMCG or Food Enforcement in area of Food Regulatory, Quality, Product Development or similar Knowledge of European food legislation and its application within the FMCG environment Language skills desirable but not essential Communication Skills You will be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders. Ability to Simplify You like to keep it simple and to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges. Project management skills You are organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe. Team player You are a team player, which means you're sometimes a leader, sometimes a follower but always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.
