Salary : £highly competitive valuable benefits We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and confident person to join the rapidly growing Health and Safety Consultancy Division as a Receptionist/Administrator in our Northants office. You would work as part of a small support team on the Pury Hill Business Park and be happy producing a high standard of work along with other office duties. This is a fast-paced role, so organisation and time management are key. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, assisting clients in finding their way around the office Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs Preparing meeting and training rooms Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks including formatting health and safety documents, policies and issuing reports Sorting and distributing mail Provide excellent customer service Scheduling appointments Ordering stationery Hospitality for internal and external staff and guests Requirements: Excellent telephone manner Consistent, professional dress and manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Good time management skills Experience with administrative and clerical procedures preferred Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required Own transport is essential due to the rural location. The hours would be 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:00pm on Friday.
