Overview

Implementation Consultant/ Payroll and HR Implementation consultant specialising within Payroll and HR software required to join a global software company based in Surrey. The Implementation consultant must have experience implementing payroll software and a full driving license . As the Implementation consultant you will be required to support and assist new and existing clients from the office or onsite and you will be required to run workshops to included training and give advice on software upgrades and products. Key requirements Demonstrated time management skills Demonstrate general IT systems knowledge Flexibility in responding to changing demands Must be willing to travel Formal Education & Training: Must hold current driving license Impart relevant knowledge to the customer in an ordered and structured manner, in accordance with training plans and guidance provided by your manager. During training sessions, to assess any further training or software requirements a customer may need in order to maximise the customer's knowledge and use of the system and to generate income. Assist with sales demonstrations when required. Communicate faults and problems with the database, as advised by customers, immediately to the Help Desk Coordinator. Salary: £35000-£40000 plus all travel expenses covered.
