Overview

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a fantastic client of ours based in Nottingham to cover a maternity contract. They are located close to all public transport routes. Role Purpose A maternity cover for Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger administration and taking on some Payroll, HR and cashbook administration duties. Main duties of the Accounts Assistant will include: Responsibility for the Sage 200 Purchase Ledger across all companies All processing relating to Purchase orders and Purchase invoices New supplier setup Supplier statement Reconciliation Supplier queries / NCRs Late Creditors Preparing supplier payments for authorisation Our client is ideally looking for experienced accounts candidates who are looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will not be phased by high volumes, you will have good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages.
