Overview
Mechanical/Electrical Assembler Temporary to Permanent Pay - £9.47ph - please note that this can increase with training. Our manufacturing client on the outskirts of Cheltenham (easily accessible from Cheltenham or Gloucester) are looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Assembler. This position has become available due to an increase in business. The client has been going from strength to strength and have released a number of new products into the market, it is a very exciting time to be joining this lovely company. Job role To assemble electrical/Mechanical assemblies from kits. To combine electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies into completed product. To pack finished and tested product into specific packaging systems. To keep working area tidy. Essential Knowledge and Experience Experience in both electronic and mechanical assembly. Good attention to detail and hand dexterity. Good understanding of standard manufacturing health and Safety. Dexterity and co-ordination. Computer literacy. The client will be looking to hold interviews for this position so please apply asap to avoid disappointment. Working hours - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.45pm, Friday 8am to 12.30pm) Holiday - 24 days plus bank holidays.
