If you're on the road to FIA qualification, you might be looking to gain real life experience to develop your insight into the industry and working for a consultancy could be the thing for you Long gone are the days of working all hours and burning the candle at both ends. In terms of what you will need to bring to this role, you will: Have passed approximately 5-6 actuarial exams and planning to sit the rest over the next few years Hold a 2:1 degree or above (ideally in a numerate/ technical subject) Have had some exposure to modelling packages / MS Excel Bring an understanding of life insurance, either from industry or consulting Understand regulation in the life sector
