Overview
The Company: I am currently working on behalf of a highly successful, nationally renowned IFA firm based in Central Leeds who have created a new role to be recruited into their technical team, which sits at Fund/Research Administrator level. In support of their paraplanning support team you will be joining an expanding firm who model themselves on providing professional, independent, whole of market financial advice with high quality service and support to all clientele. The Role: The role will involve working on the firms’ model portfolios for advisers and loading these to platforms as and when then change or are re-balanced. Responsibility will sit with managing the models across all platforms, as well as update/maintenance work as required so the advisers can access accurate, up to date portfolios for their clients. As well as obtaining fact sheets and uploading these etc making sure these are up to date, you will load funds into fund models so advisers can see it 'live’, in addition to the platform itself. Essentially the role is focused around ongoing day to day management of the firm’s model portfolios and their live system being sold to clients. The Person : You must come from a wealth management background (most likely within administrative adviser support) and understand client pack compilation/how to do this. General adviser support experience is required too, as well as knowledge of private wealth focused product research and the operational aspect of how this background work aids advisers in servicing their clients.
