Workshop Operative

Warehouse Engineer/ Fitter Bredbury Temporary to Permanent 8.21p/h (overtime available) 07.30- 16.30 Monday to Thursday 07.30- 12.30 Friday GI Group are currently looking for a Warehouse Engineer to work alongside us in our partnership with one of our Stockport's leading engineering companies. This is a temporary to permanent vacancy for the ideal candidate. The successful candidate must have a valid UK drivers licence. A CSCS card is also desirable. Duties of the job will include, building and assembling of pressure valves and expansion joints, packing and sorting. The role will involve various assembly duties such as cutting down materials and gluing them together. An engineering background is desirable but not essential. Joinery experience could be advantageous. Production and assembly experience is essential. This role is full of promise and progression for the right candidate. Once training has been completed the successful candidate will be asked to join the onsite team and become a mobile engineer.
